Both were LNG carriers operating between Algeria and Thameshaven, UK. (M. PROGRESS scrapped 1986, M. PRINCESS in 1997). METHANE PRINCESS, built by Vickers Armstrong Shipbuilders, made the world's first commercial LNG cargo delivery in October 1964.
